Gregory P. Pilant, Chairman, CEO and President

Mr. Pilant founded Greystone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1996 and is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman for the company and all of its subsidiaries. In 1991, Mr. Pilant founded and served as President of Prestige International, Inc., an international pharmaceutical marketing company. In 1993, he became CEO of Stanley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer. Mr. Pilant also served as CEO of National Labs, Inc., a wholly owned orthopedics subsidiary of Stanley Pharmaceuticals.

Kevin R. Douglas, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Douglas is the Chief Financial Officer of Greystone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance, of FlexiInternational Software and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s SEC reporting, financial recording and reporting, and international finance operations. Mr. Douglas has held executive roles in the high-tech medical device, telecommunications and software industries. He earned his CPA designation with Ernst and Young and has owned successful CPA practices in Michigan, Colorado and Florida. Mr. Douglas is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Catherine Harley, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Catherine Harley, is responsible for the global direction and activities of a cross-functional team to achieve clinical business development goals and profit objectives. Past experience includes serving as the Director of Global Strategic Marketing, Core Business for ConvaTec division of Bristol-Myers Squibb and as an International Consultant for KCI Medical Inc., focused on negative-pressure wound therapy. She facilitated strategic business planning for both the World Council of Enterostomal Therapy Nursing and Canadian Association of Enterostomal Therapy Nursing where she acts as Executive Director. Together with Dr. R.G. Sibbald, she co-founded the educational Canadian Symposium on Wound Management from which the Canadian Association of Wound Care (CAWC) emerged. Ms. Harley has a clinical background in Neurosurgical/Trauma Intensive Care Nursing. Ms. Harley attended the University of Waterloo and completed the post-graduate International Interdisciplinary Wound Care Program at the University of Toronto in Canada.

Dr. Kel Cohen, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kel Cohen has devoted his 30+ years in his clinical and surgical career to research on how wounds heal. As the founder and first Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, he directed the first clinical wound healing center in the USA. He has authored more than 100 scientific articles, texts, papers and journals about wound healing. Dr. Cohen was a founder of the Wound Healing Society and Wound Healing Foundation and has spoken around the world on his research and the clinical management of wounds. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the lifetime achievement awards from both the Wound Healing Society and the Society for the Advancement of Wound Care (SAWC) for his research and clinical work in the wound healing field.
